Effective23 August 2026 Applies todidc.in and DIDC services Questionsinfo@didc.in

This policy applies to didc.in, DIDC enquiry and career forms, sales and support communications, and personal data DIDC handles as an independent business. A signed client agreement may contain additional data-processing terms for a specific service.

01

Who we are and how this policy applies

Deccan India Development Corporation Private Limited (DIDC) is an enterprise technology, software product and engineering company based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In this policy, “DIDC”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the company.

This policy covers visitors to our website, people who submit enquiries or request demonstrations, business contacts, candidates, partners and users who communicate with DIDC. Where DIDC processes information only on a client’s documented instructions, the client may be the primary decision-maker for that data and its own privacy notice may also apply.

02

Information we may collect

The information we receive depends on how you interact with DIDC. We avoid asking for information that is not reasonably connected to the requested activity.

  • Identity and contact information, including name, business email, phone number, company, role and location.
  • Enquiry, project and support context, including product interest, operational challenge, preferred contact time, message content and files you choose to provide.
  • Career information, including résumé, education, experience, skills, portfolio links, compensation expectations and interview notes.
  • Commercial and account information, including proposal, subscription, invoice, payment status, authorised users and service communications.
  • Technical and usage information, including IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamps, security events and interactions with our website.
03

How information reaches us

We receive information directly from you when you complete a form, email or call us, use SOL on WhatsApp, apply for a role, create an account, request support or enter into a business relationship.

We may also receive business contact information from your organisation, an authorised partner, event interaction, publicly available professional source or a service provider supporting our website and communications. We record the source where it is important to honour preferences or evaluate legitimacy.

04

Why we use personal data

DIDC uses personal data for clear business purposes and in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations and valid consent where required.

  • Responding to enquiries, arranging calls and demonstrations, preparing proposals and managing partner conversations.
  • Providing, securing, supporting and improving DIDC products, projects, accounts and customer relationships.
  • Evaluating job applications, coordinating interviews and maintaining appropriate recruitment records.
  • Sending requested updates and relevant business communications, with a practical way to opt out of non-essential messages.
  • Preventing misuse, diagnosing incidents, maintaining audit records, meeting legal obligations and protecting people, systems and rights.
  • Analysing aggregated website and operational patterns to improve content, accessibility, reliability and service design.
05

AI, automation and human oversight

DIDC may use automation or AI-assisted tools to route enquiries, summarise communications, extract information from submitted documents, identify duplicate records, support service teams or improve response quality. These tools are intended to assist authorised people, not remove accountability.

We apply access controls and review appropriate to the context. We do not intentionally use confidential client data or personal data submitted through private workflows to train public foundation models unless this is expressly agreed, appropriately protected and legally permitted.

If an automated interaction appears incorrect, contact info@didc.in and request human review.
06

Cookies, analytics and communication technologies

Our website may use essential storage required for security, form continuity, preferences and session operation. We may also use limited analytics to understand page performance and general usage patterns.

Where consent is required, optional technologies should operate only after the relevant choice. You may restrict cookies through your browser, although essential functions may not work correctly. Links to WhatsApp, maps, video, social or third-party services are governed by those providers when you choose to use them.

07

When information may be shared

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose limited information to people or organisations that need it for a legitimate and documented purpose.

  • DIDC personnel and authorised contractors who require access for sales, delivery, recruitment, finance, security or support.
  • Hosting, email, communications, analytics, payment, scheduling, CRM and professional service providers acting under suitable obligations.
  • A client, partner or integration provider where you request or reasonably expect the connection.
  • Regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies or professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legitimate rights.
  • A successor organisation in a genuine restructuring, financing, merger or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.
08

International access and service providers

Some technology providers or authorised project participants may process information from locations outside your state or country. Where this occurs, DIDC evaluates the purpose, access and safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable restrictions.

Client-controlled deployments, hosting regions and cross-border requirements are addressed in the relevant proposal, order form, data-processing terms or solution architecture.

09

Retention and secure disposal

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose described, an active relationship, dispute prevention, security, accounting, statutory compliance or enforcement of an agreement. Retention depends on the record type and context rather than one period for every record.

When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely archive it according to technical capability and legal requirements. Backup copies may remain for a limited cycle and are protected from ordinary use.

10

Security and incident response

DIDC uses organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including role-based access, authentication, environment separation, logging, controlled sharing, secure communications and backup practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If we identify a personal-data incident, we assess scope and risk, contain the issue, preserve evidence and provide notifications required by applicable law or contract. You should promptly report suspected misuse of a DIDC account or communication.

11

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and verification, you may ask for access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, or cessation of non-essential marketing communication.

Send requests to info@didc.in with enough information to identify the relevant interaction. We may request verification, clarify scope, preserve records we are legally required to retain, or direct you to the relevant client if DIDC acts only on that client’s instructions.

12

Children, external links and policy updates

DIDC’s public website and enterprise services are not directed to children for independent use. If a solution processes children’s information for an educational or healthcare client, the client agreement, permissions and applicable safeguards govern that processing.

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our services, technology or obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
