About this opportunity

This is a field-led growth role for an energetic professional who can represent DIDC with clarity, discipline and commercial confidence. You will work across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik and Nagpur, engaging prospective customers, understanding operational challenges and introducing relevant DIDC products and technology services.

The role carries a monthly business target of ₹2.40 lakh. Success will be measured through qualified pipeline, productive meetings, proposal follow-through, conversion quality and responsible relationship management—not activity volume alone.

What you will own

Develop and manage a territory-level prospect pipeline across assigned Maharashtra markets.
Identify decision-makers and initiate consultative conversations through field visits, calls, referrals and local networks.
Understand business requirements and coordinate product demonstrations with solution specialists.
Prepare accurate opportunity notes, follow-up plans and forecasts in the CRM.
Work toward the monthly revenue target of ₹2.40 lakh with ethical, solution-led selling.
Support proposals, negotiations, commercial follow-ups and customer handover.
Represent DIDC professionally at meetings, industry events and partner interactions.

What will help you succeed

1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B marketing, business development or technology sales.
Confidence travelling within the assigned territory and meeting customers in person.
Strong spoken and written communication in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.
Ability to understand business problems and explain technology in practical language.
Disciplined follow-up, pipeline ownership and comfort working toward measurable targets.
Graduate degree in business, marketing, technology or a related discipline preferred.

About this opportunity

The Support Executive is the bridge between DIDC products and the people who use them every day. You will provide remote assistance from home and visit client locations when training, demonstrations, implementation support or on-site issue resolution is required.

This role suits someone who combines patience and communication with practical technical problem-solving. You will own each interaction from first understanding to documented resolution, ensuring customers feel informed and supported throughout.

What you will own

Respond to customer questions and support requests through approved channels.
Diagnose functional issues, reproduce problems and coordinate technical escalation where required.
Conduct clear product demonstrations, user onboarding and role-based training sessions.
Travel to client sites for implementation support, training and critical issue resolution.
Create accurate tickets, maintain resolution notes and keep customers updated on progress.
Build reusable guides, FAQs and training material from recurring customer needs.
Share product feedback and adoption insights with engineering and product teams.

What will help you succeed

1–3 years of experience in software support, customer success, implementation or technical training.
Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to explain workflows patiently.
Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and documenting every customer interaction.
Basic understanding of web applications, browsers, data and common troubleshooting methods.
Willingness to work remotely and travel to customer locations for planned engagements.
Graduate degree or diploma in IT, computer applications, business systems or a related field preferred.

AI & Machine Learning UG/PG Internship Program

A six-month applied AI and machine learning internship for freshers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, combining mentored product work, certification and a fast-track PPO pathway.

About this opportunity

DIDC’s AI & Machine Learning Internship Program is designed for freshers and current or recently completed UG/PG students who want to move beyond tutorials and contribute to real product engineering. Over a minimum six-month engagement, interns work with mentors on practical data, model and automation challenges connected to DIDC’s enterprise platforms.

The program provides a ₹12,000 monthly stipend and a completion certificate. High-performing interns may enter a fast-track evaluation for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO); consideration is based on technical growth, delivery quality, ownership, teamwork and business understanding, and is not automatic.

What you will own

Learn DIDC’s AI engineering workflow from problem framing and data preparation to evaluation and responsible deployment.
Support data cleaning, exploratory analysis, feature preparation and experiment tracking.
Build and test supervised, unsupervised, NLP or generative AI prototypes under mentor guidance.
Document assumptions, datasets, results, limitations and reproducible steps.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, product demonstrations and sprint reviews.
Complete assigned learning milestones and contribute to at least one demonstrable project outcome.
Follow data privacy, security and responsible AI practices throughout the program.

What will help you succeed

Open to freshers and students or recent graduates from UG/PG programs in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines.
Working knowledge of Python and fundamental programming concepts.
Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts and data structures.
Ability to commit for a minimum of six months.
Curiosity, disciplined learning, clear documentation and willingness to receive feedback.
A GitHub profile, academic project or small AI/data portfolio is helpful but not mandatory.
