Seventeen Years of Earned Trust
Deccan India Development Corporation Pvt. Ltd. began in Pune in 2009 with an ambitious but practical conviction: technology should make difficult work simpler, important decisions clearer and organizations more capable. We did not set out to build software for its own sake. We set out to understand how businesses truly operate—and engineer dependable systems around the people who rely on them every day.
That belief shaped our evolution from a focused development team into a multi-product enterprise technology company. Today, DIDC works across healthcare, education, manufacturing, finance, retail and the public sector, combining domain knowledge with software engineering to address challenges that rarely fit inside an off-the-shelf solution.
Our motto, “Possibilities are Infinite,” is not a promise of technology without limits; it is a commitment to look beyond the obvious answer. Deccan India Development Corporation was founded in Pune with a clear belief: technology should solve meaningful business problems and create possibilities that last.

We moved to Deccan, Pune, and grew into a focused team of 21 technologists—bringing engineering, design and business thinking together under one roof.

With more than 100 web and mobile solutions delivered worldwide, our 50+ member team evolved from a development partner into an end-to-end digital engineering company.

DIDC partnered with Maharashtra Police to implement a statewide HRMS platform supporting more than 56,000 personnel—technology operating at public-service scale.

Jindal Group adopted Selexic HRMS to manage a global workforce of more than 10,000 employees, strengthening our experience in secure, enterprise-scale operations.

A portfolio became an ecosystem. DIDC expanded beyond custom development, connecting ERP, CRM, healthcare, education, payroll, retail and industry-specific operations.

A new corporate chapter began. DIDC incorporated as Deccan India Development Corporation Private Limited while Cura, Helix, ScholarERP, Selexic, Petrosoft365, Infera and SOL continued to mature.
